Privacy at Erasion

Erasion helps you delete content and clean up follows on your own X account. This page explains what data we process and, more importantly, what we never touch.

What we never receive

• Your X password, verification codes or login cookies.
• The content of your tweets, replies, direct messages, or your follower list.
• The X archive files you choose. They are read in your browser and never uploaded.

What we process

• Erasion account: your email address and account ID from the sign-in service you use.
• Action balance: for each successful action, the extension sends one record with the kind of action and a unique code for it, so your balance is charged exactly once.
• Payments: the pack bought, the amount, the channel and the payment status. Card or bank details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

Data in your browser

The extension keeps run progress, the IDs already processed and your run history in your own browser storage, so runs can resume. This data is removed when the extension is removed.

Extension permissions

The extension only accesses x.com (to carry out the actions you start) and the Erasion account server (for sign-in and balance). It does not read other sites.

Sharing data

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with payment providers to process purchases, and when required by law.

Deleting your account

Write to [email protected] to delete your Erasion account and its balance history. Payment records may be kept as long as tax rules require.
